The LGBTQ+ Board Monitor is the Association’s ongoing benchmarking of LGBTQ+ representation in corporate boardrooms. The 2024 edition measures how many board seats at Fortune 500 and NASDAQ-listed companies are held by openly LGBTQ+ directors.
The 2024 findings: 0.9% of Fortune 500 board seats and 1.3% of NASDAQ board seats were held by openly LGBTQ+ directors.
